Mobile M&E Building Services Engineer

Ethan James Group are working on a behalf of a local Small Medium Enterprise to recruit an experienced Mobile M&E Building Services Engineer with strong technical Electrical background to work across a handful of commercial contracts in Swindon, Bristol and Salisbury.

Duties of the role of the Electrical Building Services Engineer are as follows;

  • Emergency light testing, fire alarm testing and electrical reactive and planned maintenance
  • Minor electrical installs
  • Carry out planned and fault diagnostic work to various building control systems and other associated equipment within the properties we maintain, including AHU s, Pumps, MCC, Pressurisation Units and FCU
  • Maintain a safe working environment for yourself, other engineers, end users on site and public at all times
  • Ability to work effectively on own or as part of team

Required skills and Experience

  • A suitable City and Guilds or equivalent NVQ qualification
  • NVQ Level 3 / AM2 in relevant Electrical discipline
