Rumin8 is tackling one of the biggest contributors to climate change: methane emissions from livestock. The digestive process of beef and dairy cattle produces a full 3.7% of all greenhouse gas emissions, a huge contribution from a single source. With billions of people around the world relying on animal products as part of their daily diet, eliminating livestock methane production is a powerful lever in the quest toward mitigating climate change. In early trials, Rumin8’s technology is demonstrating up to a 95% reduction in methane emissions and observable productivity gains in cattle: a win for farmers and a win for our planet.With recent backing by top climate tech investors including Breakthrough Energy Ventures, Prelude Ventures, and Harvest Road, we are on a mission to decarbonize a hundred million cattle by 2030 for a more resilient and climate-optimal global food system. About this Role

We are growing our Finance team to support our expanding activities. As a member of the accounting team, the Associate Accountant is responsible for for overseeing different types of financial transactions and reporting. The Associate Accountant will work seamlessly with the team to ensure transactions are processed accurately in accordance with specified timelines. Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, they will support financial policies and controls that underpin employee operations and organizational compliance.
