Join the CBRE – ISPT Retail Property Management TeamOpportunity to grow your career with a global leader in propertyNorth West – Blacktown Area Land of the Darug People We are looking for an innovative and engaging individual to join our CBRE – ISPT Retail Property team as a Centre Manager to work across this neighbourhood shopping centre in the North West - Blacktown area.  You will work onsite and be responsible for the overall performance of the property, general maintenance, and accuracy of lease/tenant information along with building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.A snapshot of your day;

  • Deliver efficient and cost-effective operational management of the centre
  • Position and protect the investment performance of the property asset relative to competitive properties within the area
  • Ensure the tenancy and lease management, including lease compliance matters and implementation of fixed and CPI reviews in accordance with the relevant lease provisions 
  • Manage policies and procedures in line with owner objectives, investment strategies and occupier requirements
  • Prepare cash flow budgets, including analysis and forecasting of retail performance,  monitoring of all financial transactions

  • Extensive Retail Property Management experience within a shopping centre environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously 
  • The ability to build relationships with stakeholders quickly and manage client expectations
  • Advanced communication skills and a proactive and professional approach
  • An open driver’s licence and Real Estate Licence are required for this role.
