About the role

Reporting to the Regional Manager, this newly created position takes responsibility for the customer experience in our Campbelltown Office.

This role also responds promptly and professionally to the company’s incoming calls and performs a number of administrative tasks associated with the efficient operation of a busy office.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility to ensure Campbelltown office is safe, clean and professionally presented
  • Effectively schedule all allocate incoming service and repair work
  • Prepare, communicate and follow up accurate customer quotations
  • Advise customers of equipment updates
  • Ensure all completed work is invoiced and closed off in a timely manner
  • Liaise with account managers and support team to resolve any customer related issues and ensure customers best interests are considered

Working closely with the Business Systems Manager, the focus of this brand new role is to provide high-quality support to end users via the Service Desk ticketing system and help build out, maintain, and troubleshoot the company’s expanding infrastructure.

The position involves taking responsibility for the entire installation process of Trimble specialty technology on customer machinery including quality assurance of products, third party welding, calibration, and commissioning.

Sales Pipeline Management: Collaborate with our digital/marketing teams to create leads, track, follow up, and close deals.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications/Experience:

Civil/Engineering/QA Background: engineering or construction related qualifications desirable, such as: bachelor/certificate level engineering/construction.

>2years experience working on road and rail jobs under State Transport Authority contract and specifications.

Any exposure to business or project quality management systems – specifically, lot-based quality systems.

Work in completions and handover teams as part of project hand-over/quality departments.
