Position Overview
As a Perioperative Nurse you will be an integral part of a surgical care team, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients throughout their surgical journey. You will have the opportunity to work in modern facilities equipped with advanced technology and collaborate with a diverse group of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for surgery, offering comfort and support.
- Assist surgeons and surgical teams during procedures while maintaining a sterile environment.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and promptly respond to any changes.
- Administer medications and anesthesia as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on post-operative care and recovery.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver top-notch patient care.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.
- Current APHRA
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Certification in perioperative nursing
- Prior perioperative nursing experience – Minimum of 2 years experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
