Maximise the business outcomes for the company through professional project management processes, project delivery capabilities, and technical support. To plan, co-ordinate and manage the design, procurement, construction, and commissioning of assigned projects, including taking a leadership role in the preparation of proposals. Ensure clear agreement of client objectives and that these are met or exceeded. Maintain a strong HSE focus for the entire duration of the project, with responsibility for total compliance with Engineering policies and procedures. Sustain customer relationships through professional communications and project management satisfying all required levels of customer service and support. Monitor and control project cost for each project on at least a monthly cycle with a goal of delivering the project under budget. Monitor and control the project schedule for each schedule with a goal of delivering the project on or before time. Report on the status of the project and provide cost forecasts and schedule updates on a monthly basis. Ensure that the project is delivered to the required quality specification.

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Previous experience successfully managing industrial projects.
2. Minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience.
3. Demonstrable commitment to HSE Management in a project environment.
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
5. High level of customer focus.
6. Proven ability in leading multidiscipline activities.

Systems experience: SAP, Primavera, Microsoft Projects, MS Office Suite (desirable)
