The Office of the Assistant Directors-General (OADG) and Chief HR Officer are seeking a motivated individual for the role of Director, OADG. This position is pivotal to the coordination of key priorities across HR Branch to support the ADG.

About Us:

The Office of the ADG is a fast paced, high volume work environment which is in an exciting period of process improvement to deliver a high performing and agile team to support the priorities of HR Branch, and support the ADG.

Your Role:

  • Oversee the continued development and implementation of quality processes associated with the management of executive correspondence.
  • Lead the coordination of executive correspondence within established timeframes and quality standards across HR Branch and the Office of the ADG.
  • Provide high level support and advice to the Assistant Director-General, HR Branch on items including but not limited to high level submissions, reports, papers, and complex issues related to financial and human resources.

About You:

An ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge and attributes:

  • Experience working in a similar, high volume and faced paced environment is desirable.
  • Experience with a records management system such a Content Manager is desirable.
