Experienced Virtual Assistant for Reservation Management

I am looking for an experienced virtual assistant to help manage a medium volume of calls per day (between 11-50), place reservations in our booking system and handle client communication after operational hours.

This role involves direct communication with our clients who prefer interacting with someone who has a natural Australian accent. AEST Time Zone Availability: Candidates must be available to work during Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) business hours, typically shifts anywhere between 9am and 10pm. Flexibility to accommodate occasional meetings outside these hours is a plus.

Your tasks will include:

* Responding to client emails

* Confirming reservations with clients

You should have:

* Experience in customer service, preferably in a similar role

* Familiarity with the Google Workspace and SevenRooms - our preferred operating systems.

* Excellent communication and multitasking skills

* Responsiveness and a professional attitude

This role requires you to be available during after hours. You must ensure all reservations are placed accurately and all client inquiries are handled in a timely manner. Strong attention to detail will be crucial for your success in this role. Your ultimate goal will be to facilitate clear communication between our team and our clients, and to ensure smooth reservation operations.
