We are looking for a Maintenance Improvement Analyst to join our Maintenance Engineering team in Perth on permanent basis.

The primary objective of this role is to identify opportunities for improving Maintenance and Reliability data, systems, and processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Extracting and analysing CMMS (SAP) data from planned and corrective work to support Maintenance and Reliability strategy improvements.
  • Identification of opportunities to support improvement within Maintenance and Reliability data, system, and processes. 
  • Possessing knowledge and experience with Maintenance business processes.
  • Maintaining Maintenance & Reliability KPIs, measurements, dashboards, and aligned reporting across all Ichthys facilities.
  • Continual monitoring and review of Maintenance and Reliability KPI’s to support opportunities to improve ways of working, maintenance efficiencies, and increased equipment reliability and availability. 
  • Ensuring the Management of Change control process is applied to all procedural, strategic, temporary, and master (controlled) data changes.

Successful candidates will:

  • Preferred but not essential, relevant Trade certificate, Diploma of Science or Diploma of Engineering.
  • Demonstrate proven experience in using CMMS (preferably SAP) and interpreting analytical data.
  • Have experience in either maintenance, reliability or planning teams, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Possess a strong familiarisation of Microsoft Suite business systems.
  • Will have experience with reporting and visualisation tools.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills to foster teamwork, collaboration, and inclusivity.
  • Display strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to individuals from diverse backgrounds.

This role is for applicants residing in or willing to relocate to Perth.
