About the Role
The Senior Business/Test Analyst role is to bridge the gap between project technical teams and the icare Finance business using analytical skills to assess processes, determine requirements, determine test scenarios, execute and assist in the execution of testing, and deliver recommendations to the Project Team and Stakeholders. The role is to ensure all stakeholders have a common understanding of how the SAP software solution processes and records data from the Guidewire claims and policy system platforms at icare to meet both operational and end user Finance business process requirements.

Duties
It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a Senior Business & Test Analyst you will:
- Undertake critical analysis on current processes and data to support the development of the business requirements. Identify any potential risks and issues and impacts to project delivery.
- Workshops with key business stakeholders, process/data mapping and documentation to enable SAP system design/build of the solution.
- Critically review of business processes, identify risks and issues and impacts to project delivery.
- Provide independent and high-level advice and analysis of Guidewire Claims processing, Billing processes and Banking Gateway facilities.
- Execution of SAP testing and integration testing through the various project lifecycles
- Facilitate change impacts through training, coaching delivery, and communication across Finance stakeholders.
- Serving as a liaison between project stakeholders across Digitech and business stakeholders
Skills & Experience
- Relevant degree qualifications, and/or relevant professional experience in Guidewire Claims Centre, SAP and accounting (approx. 10 years)
- Experience as a business and test analyst working in an IT development environment
- Strong Knowledge of SAP best practices and understanding of the key Finance processes – banking, payments process, reconciliation
- Strong understanding of data mapping, system integrations and legislative knowledge
- Good understanding of JIRA and Confluence
- Good understanding of Information Security in a complex environment
