Hi, I'm Shaun Mannering, Operations Manager - Reverse Mortgages at Heartland. We're looking for an exceptional Senior Operations Associate to join our dynamic team in Melbourne.

Is this your next role?
You'll play a vital role in maintaining and ensuring efficient and controlled operational processes within Bank Operations. You'll also be responsible for internal stakeholder, customer and third-party management which will ensure we are compliant with fulfilment, settlements and payments processing, complaints management and customer service. 

You'll have supervision responsibilities and provide guidance and be an example of Heartland values to others. 

Does this sound like you?
You're a strong communicator with an understanding of banking and products. You'll likely have some financial services administration, or retail banking experience from a fast-paced environment. With a 'can do' attitude, you're a true team player, you love supporting your teammates, and work at pace - willing to grow and learn what you don't already know.

You'll have:

  • Awareness of customer service principles and practices
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Ability to build constructive relationships across all levels of the business
  • Willingness to take responsibility
