About the Role

In this role you will

  • Implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives and drive growth.
  • Provide strong leadership and direction to all departments, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
  • Mentor and manage the business development team to achieve set goals, foster collaboration, and maintain high performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to capitalize on growth potential.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Monitor and manage budgets related to business activities.
  • Provide regular updates, reports and presentations to senior leadership.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to inform business decisions.

  • Capital Markets knowledge (specifically micro/small cap business environment) are considered valuable assets. 
     

This is a full-time position based in Perth CBD. 

Compensation includes base salary + superannuation + uncapped commission structure.
