We are looking for a Dual-Site Concession Manager for our Myer Charlestown Women and Men's Pads who connects with our vision and joins the conversation by launching our legacy, communicating our message and creating an elevated customer and team experience.
THE ROLE:
- Drive a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction
- Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration
- Work with Leadership to build an effective and profitable concession pad
- Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators
- Drive operational excellence, manage rosters and prepare back-of-house administration.
- Experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up 5 staff.
- A supportive leader, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
- An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
- Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
- Must be available Full Time
