In A Nutshell

Manage our day-to-day accounting and finance operations and help us further refine all aspects of our financial health and compliance.

A Little About You

You’re a numbers guru. You are CA / CPA qualified with minimum 4+ years experience. You might have prior experience in a high growth technology company (but that’s not essential). You have strong general accounting experience spanning across all aspects of the accounting and finance functions and are passionate about applying this to our fast growing operations. You have comprehensive knowledge of accounting standards and Australian tax and compliance requirements. You love staying on top of best practices in the industry and enjoy both sharing what you know and learning from others.

You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and the variety of work that comes with working in a small team. You’re a self-starter and thrive on autonomy, proactively identifying ways to optimise your own efficiency and output of the team. You’re excited about the challenge of charting your own path in a cross functional team.

Attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem solving are your core strengths and you are able to balance these to iterate on existing processes to continue levelling up the team and your work, with solid written and verbal communication skills to disseminate your work through the team in a remote environment.
