Only About Children Mona Vale

Only About Children Mona Vale is an expansive childcare centre with incredible outdoor and indoor spaces. This lovely campus is located at 17 Seabeach Ave, in a quiet residential area, with Mona Vale Beach and Apex Park at the end of the street.

With an innovative play-based curriculum we stand out by delivering intentional teaching in dynamic small group learning environments where children’s successes, skills and challenges are monitored on an ongoing basis.

We value community connections at OAC Mona Vale and aim to provide the very best care for our children in everything we do. Our Campus is close to public transport with bus stops nearby that connects to the surrounding area in both directions.

About the Role
The Educational Leader has an influential and important role in inspiring, motivating and also challenging or extending the practice of educators. The role is a collaborative one, involving inquiry and reflection, which can significantly impact on the important work educators do with the children and their families.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Early Childhood Teacher or equivalent approved teaching qualifications and registration.
  • Minimum 2 years (or equivalent) demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Team-based, hands-on, collaborative approach to your practices.
  • Ability to communicate and connect with families.
You Are Worth More
We believe our people are worth more. That means more pay & benefits, more wellbeing, more recognition, and more development - examples include:
  • 50% discount for employee childcare fee.
  • Above award salary and annual review.
  • Two ‘Wellbeing Days’ and option to purchase up to two weeks additional annual leave.
