If successful, you will work with the business to review working instructions and standard operating procedures to uplift into a new management solution, supporting a transformational program that is replacing core business systems.
Skills and experience required include but are not limited to:
- Ability to conduct a comprehensive review of existing knowledge management artefacts and identity those impacted by the new system.
- Experience in writing and editing instructional content including standard operating procedures, working instructions, internal guidelines and job aids that meets the needs of operational frontline staff.
- Collaboration with subject matter experts to deliver accurate and appropriate knowledge management artefacts, applying corporate formats and keeping in line with the organisational style guide.
- Experience in rollout of new knowledge management alongside project delivery working in AGILE.
- Experience in Salesforce Enablement highly regarded.

Extension/s: 1 x 6 month option to extend
Eligibility: Australian Citizenship and active Baseline Clearance
Location/s: Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane or Townsville
Working arrangements: The role is full time with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office
