Transformer Assembly

Konic Group, based in Adelaide, is looking to expand our dynamic team. We are seeking an experienced A-grade electrician or Transformer Technician with a background in transformer assembly and/or maintenance.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate can be based Australia wide and will join us full-time, taking on a leadership role within the team, with regular overtime and travel.

Responsibilities will include:

- Primary electrical construction and assembly

- Refurbishing transformers

- OLTC Maintenance

- Transformer Bushing Changes

- Oil Filtration and Regeneration

- Leading a team and ensuring project deadlines are met

- Planning and booking equipment and contractors

- Completion of safety and quality documentation

- Implementing environmental plans

Key Requirements:

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated with a drive for quality and safety

- Strong ability to build customer relationships

- Proven ability to work effectively in a team

- Previous experience operating an oil filtration plant is advantageous
