Financial Controller

This highly successful and profitable business that has enjoyed rapid growth and now stands #1 in their field, requires an exceptional Financial Controller with personality to take ownership of the financial operation.
This is a typical situation where an extremely dynamic sales entrepreneur has built a business through expertise in their field BUT, the financial administration has not kept up with the amazing revenue growth.
You will be inheriting a repaired financial system thanks to the work of an External Contractor.
Key points:
- you need to have 3 to 5 years experience as a Financial Controller
- strong reconciliation skills
- ability to produce fast and accurate monthly results
- highly skilled technically with the appropriate Qualifications
- ZERO expert
- exposure to high volume cash flow
- payroll overview to ensure bonuses and commissions are accurate
- the personality to gel with highly charged and dynamic Brokers and Senior Management (you will swamped if you can't stand your ground)
- management of a small team
