The role of Senior Mobile Automation Engineer will represent Tridecaacross client accounts and is responsible for consulting with Appscore’s client base and Appscore Client teams to design, develop or enhance leading-edge mobile applications to meet the client’s business needs.Working across our broad Client base, on greenfield projects and within established environments.The role will engineer mobile applications with a strong focus on automation design, develop and testing, and require the ability to advise on the best technical solutions within complex environments.We are looking for a Senior Mobile Automation Engineers to join our team permanently. We have offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Canberra and can consider people in any of those locations. MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Create leading-edge mobile applications; including design, development, extensive testing and implementation of complete applications and sections of code to achieve quality, budget and schedule outcomes Create functional specification and high level design documents from business requirements, incorporating internal Trideca development and testing protocols. Providing input/creating detailed technical design documents including identification of new components and impact analysis of existing systems, as the outcome of review or testing, if any. Program specifications for unit of work, following project standards, including time Estimates Create Code from program specifications for Mobile using native languages Design and undertake Unit testing – including planning, documentation, and execution of testing for each unit of work, ensuring the quality of code written and outline redesign or development changes if need.Systems & Integration Testing – Design and follow a test plan, execute the plan, identifying and logging issues Post Implementation Support – ongoing support, as required, including identification of problems raised, and whether these are problems or additional requirements Release management - iOS release management and support releases SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 5+ years experience in Mobile / iOS development.Strong Experience in developing Native iOS Mobile Applications Strong experience in Swift, Objective-C, XCode IDE Excellent communication, stakeholder management / consulting & collaboration skills Strong knowledge of Unit testing & Systems & Integration Testing – design and execution. Bachelor Degree in Computer science, engineering or IT, vendor certificates or at least 5 years industry experienceComprehensive understanding of iOS release management and support releases Experienced creating Functional specifications - Detailed & technical and high-level design documents GCD experience will be highly favourable.
