About the roleAbout the roleWe have ambitious growth targets for our Canva Business products in 2024. With 170m monthly active users already, the newly formed Sales Growth team will play a critical role in the success of our GTM organisation. As the home for first-party sales tech and team responsible for our product-led-sales engine, a critical role we need to play is helping the Sales team identify & engage with our highest potential business customers.The Sales Growth Product Lead will be responsible for two key areas: 1) Our ambitious Product Pipeline, ensuring that the Sales teams have continuous and seamless access to high quality and quantity of Product Qualified Leads; 2) Improving the efficiency of our GTM organisation, by building or integrating tools to improve the output of our Sales organisation.
What we're looking for
- A product leader with proven experience building product lead sales roadmaps.
- Experience working with GTM and Sales Organisations to empathise, analyse and prioritise feedback to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- A solid understanding of how to leverage data platforms to build out clear and actionable segments, to drive enriched and high quality sales leads.
- Experience building out internal tooling/ platforms that can utilised by multiple product teams at Canva.
