Location: Dandenong, VIC
Job Type: Full time
Starting Time: ASAP
Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday
Salary: $40 - $45/ hr + Super, OT
Main Duties
- Interpret drawings and complete material take offs
- Review and interpret scope of work documents
- Prepare detailed budget estimates
- Delivering timely and accurate project budgets
- Occasion site visits & check measures
- Submission of variations
- Purchasing of required materials
- Contract administration duties
- Using cad / cam software
- Follow up on and evaluate quotes
- Previous experience estimating on projects.
- Experience within the stone / tiling sector.
- Able to interpret project drawings
- Experience with site measuring / check measures is highly desirable
- Experience programming for CNC machines.
- Experience using cad / cam software
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Driving Licence
- Experience in the stone industry
- White card
