We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Business Development Manager to join the sales team based at Northgate.

Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, you will prospect and secure new business opportunities in the mid-market segment and develop strategic partnerships to achieve revenue targets and company objectives.

  • Identify opportunities for new business and develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Track and analyse sales performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to enhance strategic decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare sales presentations and regular reports on account status, revenue, and growth opportunities.

About You

Proven experience in business development or in relationship management and negotiation roles.

Strong communicator and can build meaningful relationships with all stakeholders.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines, and you’re driven to achieve your set targets.

Strategic thinker who can identify opportunities, analyse market trends and develop actionable plans.

Tech savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office, and experience with a sales CRM is desirable.
