Senior Business Analyst

Looking for a Business Analayst to support the delivery of a Technology Refresh project for our client in the Health Industry. Make a real impact and contribute to a smoother experience for patients and health staff. This role is Based in Brisbane and offers a hybrid working week in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and define functional and system requirements
  • Review existing process and systems and identify improvements, providing recommendations for business process re-design and solutions.
  • Proces Mapping
  • Develop and document discussion papers, business case and business requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather inputs and analyse requirements.
  • Collate and analyse data, providing recommendations based on findings.
  • Develop conceptual design and functional specifications.
  • Support project implementation.
  • Identify and manage risks.
  • Support implementation activities

Essential Requirements Of The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor or Master s degree in IT or Computer Science or related field/experience
  • Relevant Certificates as a Business Analyst/ Agile Business Analysis is an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years of epxerience as a Business Analyst
  • Health/Hospital/Pharmacy/Medical industry experience
  • Understanding of SDLC
  • Strong stakeholder management along with excellent communication skills to engage, negotiate, present and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively identifies improvements and solutions
