Accountable Recruitment Solutions are recruiting for an experienced / senior Financial Planner to work in Newcastle or Maitland - Servicing Clients across the Hunter Region.

Accountable Recruitment Solutions, acting as a recruitment partner for our client, a well-established Professional Services Firms, in assisting in their recruitment of an Experienced Financial Planner within their medium-sized practice. 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

As a Financial Planner / Advisor, you will play a pivotal role within our clients practice.

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Providing expert Financial advice and services across a range of matters.
• Preparation of SOA's & ROA's. 
• Delivering Advice to Clients.
• Working closely with the Financial Planning, Paraplanning, Admin, Accounting & Tax Teams.
• Managing associated Team Members - Local, Contract Local & Offshore.
• Reviewing work prepared by Team members.
• Collaborating closely with our clients team to ensure seamless service delivery. 
• Developing and implementing strategic plans. 
• Managing client relationships - New & Existing. 
• Building & Expanding your network. 
• Attending Networking Events.
• Signing new clients to the firm.
• Staying abreast of relevant Finance developments and regulations. 
• Managing KPI's for the Team.

Requirements:-

• Must be Qualified as a Financial Planner.
• FASEA Qualified 
• ASIC Compliant 
• CPD must be Current.
• Current Authorised Representative

Qualifications and Experience: 

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria: 

• Minimum of 5 years of post-admission (Qualified) experience in Financial Planning 
• Prior Experience with Business Owners / Self Employed - Highly Regarded 
• Prior Experience with HNW - Highly Regarded. 
• Prior Experience with SMSF - Highly Regarded. 
• Prior Experience with Retirement Planning - Essential. 
• Qualifications as a Financial Planner. 
• Experience using Advisor Logic or X-Plan 
• Strong research, communication, and leadership skills. 
• A client-focused approach with a dedication to delivering exceptional service. 

Compensation: 

• Salary: $120,000 to $150,000 per annum. 
• Profit Share: An additional profit-sharing component.
