The Company:The company is alarge provider of building services and trades to commercial and industrial sectors including government, defence, health, education, office buildings etc.
The Role:
The HVAC Technician will work on a single client site with multiple buildings.
- Monday to Friday 40 hours pw - no after hours or on-call required
- Single site near Murdoch train station and parking onsite - don't sit in your car all day
- Manage PPM, inspections, fault finding,maintenance, service and minor repair
- Liaise with technicians and subcontractors to complete tasks
- Report to the Maintenance Manager
- Responsible for inspection and maintenance of equipment including: Chillers, fridges, ice machines, cool rooms, boilers, plant rooms, AHU, FCU, water pumps, reclaiming refrigerant etc.
- Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
- ARCtick License
- WA Restricted Electrical Licence (can transfer interstate)
- Safety and procedural approach
- Technical skills in Excel, CRM, safety software, controllers and multifunction equipment
- Attitude over Aptitude Offering training and support until your confident on the site, equipment and routine
- Full time permanent role withASAP start available
- $90k Base + Super + Penalties + monthly RDO
