Provide project governance/support to site strategic programs – e.g; Site Transfers, Product/ process optimisations, Second Source qualifications of active pharmaceuticals and excipients to deliver cost of goods savings and business continuity.

Oversee and perform project management activities to support timely and efficient execution of 2nd source project or other programs activities and provide governance/oversight/project updates and progress to Carole Park Site Steering Committee.

We are currently offering a  $2,000 stay bonus  to successful candidates

Main Duties

  • Support/prepare project charters, project summaries and other technical documents to support projects.
  • Provide feedback to site Carole Park Site Steering Committee.
  • Ability to communicate updates and present to leadership and technical groups across the site.
  • Ensure project alignment with agreed upon business objectives, top products and key business drivers.
  • Review and/or prepare various reports detailing project status and progress.
  • Provide input and support to the Change Control and collaborate with key site stake holders for key site projects and other optimisation opportunities.
  • Provide support to business initiatives driving compliance, reduced cost/complexity and increased customer service.
  • Develop and communicate key metrics/data of the projects (2nd Source or other programs)
  • All other duties as directed by management

About you

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Science, Chemistry or Pharmacy
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry preferred
  • Previous Manufacturing Project Management and/ or change management experience required
  • Industry experience in batch manufacture (or equivalent)
