Lead a team of data engineers in creating personalization model, managing our data infrastructureand and collaborating with other teams to understand their data needs.

Your Focus
  • Lead the development and implementation of data machine learning models to support business objectives. 
  • Create and update the personalisation models that power the user experience of Cashrewards.
  • Lead and manage a team of data engineers, fostering a collaborative environment that empowers engineers to innovate and excel in their roles. 
  • Develop and execute comprehensive data strategies, driving efficiency, scalability and sustainable growth while meeting quality standards and regulatory requirements. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs. 
  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data infrastructure. 
  • Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data security, privacy, and compliance. 
  • Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their careers. 
  • Manage the team's budget, resources, and timelines to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within budget. 
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in data science & engineering and incorporate them into the team's work. 
About You
  • Experience in similar Head of Data role. 
  • Experience in leading and managing a team of data engineers. 
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing comprehensive data strategies. 
  • Strong technical expertise in data science & engineering principles and best practices, including data pipeline design, messaging processes, and data infrastructure management. 
  • Experience with data governance, ensuring data security, privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards. 
  • Experience in technologies including but not limited to AWS Redshift, CDP technologies and demonstrating expertise in relevant platforms and frameworks. 
  • Experience with data analytics and machine learning, developing and implementing models to support business objectives. 
  • Strategic acumen, able to synthesize market trends, technological advancements, and organizational objectives. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large-scale data projects concurrently. 
  • Familiarity with Marketing Technology (Martech) platforms and their utilization.
