SAP HCM Program Delivery Director

We are looking for a Passionate HCM Program Delivery Director, to lead and oversee all aspects of design, development and implementation for the HCM program scope, including project planning, delivery governance, resource optimisation.
The successful HCM Program Delivery Director must have experience in the following:
- 7-10 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager/Program Manager in complex business transformation programs, enabled by technology
- Experience in leading the delivery of HCM technology platforms (SAP SuccessFactors highly desirable)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional delivery teams in a matrix program team structure (including business design, technical implementation, data migration, testing and change workstreams)
- Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships
- Experience in a large public sector department (desirable)
- Experience in having direct oversight of testing teams (desirable)
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project/program management certifications preferred.
- Being able to build and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the department.
- Being able to respond and adapt to changes to the internal and external program environment with a calm and measured approach.
- Lead and oversee all aspects of design, development and implementation for the HCM program scope, including project planning, delivery governance.
- Translate the strategic program direction and plan into pragmatic team objectives.
- Lead and guide cross-functional program resources including third-party providers to create alignment, resolve issues and ultimately deliver program milestones and outcomes.
- Establish and manage relationships with third-party providers, including the solution implementation partner.
- Work with cross-functional streams to identify interdependencies and leverage resources to deliver to agreed milestones and achieve required program outcomes.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, and promptly manage the resolution of issues.
