Who we’re looking for:
We are looking for an experienced administration professional to join our Systems Team based in the Port of Brisbane Office. In this role the Commercial Systems Administrator will provide administration support to the Business Systems commercial team as well as day to day support to users of the commercial systems across the Group. Drawing on your excellent communication and people skills, you will build positive relationships across all levels, and administrator the following tasks:
- Delegation of Authority register administration.
- Coates portal user setup and general administration.
- Jobpac user and system setup and maintenance.
- Jobpac training environment administration.
- National Greenhouse Emissions Reporting (NGER).
- Flexipurchase support for end users.
- Day to day support of Jobpac end users, including user setup, job access, general ledger access, etc.
- Assist with the management of the Jobpac Helpdesk.
- Support and assistance with development and updating of work instructions, standards and other documentation.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with:
- Willingness to work constructively and collaboratively
- Prior experience in administration or a commercial environment
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaboratively with the broader BMD businesses
- Prior experience working with the financial management system Jobpac is highly desirable
