POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated Architectural Designer with a background in building. The ideal candidate is ambitious and driven to become a licensed builder. We guarantee 100% support in obtaining your builder's license, including mentorship, resources, and practical experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist in the design and planning of residential construction projects.
  • Work on-site as head foreman on multiple projects in collaboration with construction managers.
  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in architectural design and building.
  • Strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD or Revit, and SketchUp or Lumin.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
