As our new
**Quality Specialist **, you will be involved in compliance topics and qualification definition, meet customer standards, and ensure top-tier delivery quality.
Your new key responsibilities at a glance:
- **Architect Excellence**:Be involved in our entire product development process, ensuring compliance and shaping the path of quality excellence
- **Strategic Qualifications**:Help us define ingenious qualification strategies aligned with industry standards to elevate our products to new heights
- **Customer-Centric Quality**:Together with your team, uncover and meet market and customer quality requirements, ensuring that our products not only meet but exceed expectations
- **Performance Hero**:Support us in planning and executing product qualifications with precision
- **Guardianship of Quality**:Safeguard the delivery quality through active participation in risk assessments, focus teams, and task forces.

You have a passion for

- A **university degree **in science, technology, or engineering (Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, Material Sciences, Chemistry)
- A minimum of **3 years of relevant work experience **, especially in automotive and semiconductor domains
- An understanding of **automotive quality standards **, **culture**:
- Knowledge of **quality management systems **, **processes **, and **methods **, with an understanding of **ISO 26262**:
- **Multilingual Brilliance**:Fluent in English, with German skills as a valuable asset
