**What you'll be doing...**
You manage the development, delivery and evaluation of the Parndorf Designer Outlet annual tourism business plan to increase tourism-related traffic and revenue and meet established targets.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Develop, implement and execute an annual tourism business plan for Parndorf Designer Outlet, aligned with McArthurGlen’s Corporate Tourism Strategy to maximize revenue from the centre’s catchment tourism potential (domestic, European and non-European).
- Attend relevant sales missions, trade shows and networking events for Parndorf Designer Outlet to raise our company profile and grow the trade partner network to deliver set strategic goals and priorities.
- Day to day management of the Centre tourism budget and operations ensuring all cost centres are compliant with budget allocations and corporate financial policy.
- Identify, implement and monitor cooperative marketing projects with key tour operators and other relevant industry partners to support and promote Parndorf Designer Outlet. Negotiate for optimal tour packages and seek out third party promotions and endorsements ensuring value for money in order to maximise revenue income.
- Develop and maintain key accounts with relevant tour operators, tourism bureaux and other regional/national industry stakeholders to ensure Parndorf Designer Outlet is kept front of mind and promotional opportunities are maximized. Ensure that these accounts are kept fully updated and engaged through regular sales calls and communications.

**To be successful you’ll bring...**
- Proven performance in an international tourism role
- Solid business development skills
- Preferably an active network in the Austrian travel trade
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Fluency in English and Germany, written & spoken
- B2B experience
- Experience of building a brand on an international level would be an advantage
- IT skills: Intermediate level Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
