**Junior Learning Associate (f/m/x)**:

- Our division is responsible for driving the people and organizational development agenda to support achieving RBI’s Vision and Mission. Our ambition is to create a work environment that fosters innovation as well as creativity and high performance and that attracts and retains talented people.
The Learning Strategy Expert Centre, as part of P&OI, is responsible for the group-wide implementation and maintenance of standards related to learning & development, leadership
- and performance management. To support us in our various initiatives, we are looking for a new team member for our operations stream who is excited about supporting our team, contributing ideas and striving for operational excellence.

**Your role at RBI**:

- perform administrative and organizational tasks of the Learning Strategy Team and execution of various projects,
- responsibility for the administration, data maintenance and enhancement of our Learning Management System
- digital content creation & implementation,
- evaluate, improve and standardize processes and build a documentation structure of these processes,
- perform basic reporting tasks and handle internal requests,
- support internal and external learning creators in setting up and organizing trainings, workshops and other learning formats,
- graphical preparation of learning content, presentations, and editorial preparation for internal and external communication media,
- administration of our Sharepoint-based Intranet page.

***Your core competencies**:

- excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sharepoint),
- analytical thinking and drive for innovation,
- precision and detail orientation; affinity for planning and structuring,
- ability to work independently as well as in a team; pro-activity,
- high sense for customer experience to coordinate & communicate with various stakeholders,
- you speak German and English fluently,
- high school diploma (Maturaabschluss).
