**Graduate Trainee Program (M/F/d)**:
In your function, you will work for 12 months in an experience project team to plan, install and qualify tools & processes for the IC Substrate production, which is the first of a kind in Europe. After finishing the Trainee Program, you will have the chance to take over an Engineer position in the Operations team - either in Production, Maintenance, Engineering or Pathfinding for the areas of laser technologies, metallization processes, surface treatment or backend (assembly, test, inspection). With your natural talent, technical know-how and innovation skills you are a pioneer in strengthening the company technology excellence and innovation leadership. **Your responsibilities**:

- Participate in the AT&S professional trainee program including short term assignments in different departments and the possibility to work in one of our international AT&S locations
- Work with selected mentors and coaches of the IC Substrate industry to build up process knowledge
- Join internal and external trainings related to improve your technical knowledge e.g. in Quality, Production or Engineering and your soft skills
- Be part of related work groups at suppliers to define the new tools and processes for the new manufacturing plant
- Get to know and be involved in different processes in the field of IC Substrate

**Your Profile**:

- You should hold a University degree from University/FH (e.g. Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Process Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, etc.) or higher technical college
- You possess knowledge in Project Management and statistical tools in Process engineering
- You possess profound analytical skills with attention to details
- Your English & German language proficiency skills are fluent
