We, SignD, are a Vienna based B2B Digital Identity Startup in the Fintech/RegTech industry. Our services in the fields of KYC, KYB, and QES are marketed as SaaS solutions. We are already serving international clients from Europe, Africa, and Asia and further expanding our scope. To broaden our skills and strengthen our teams, we are looking for a skilled Product Manager to support us in our product development. As Product Manger you will mainly help to sharpen the focus and drive innovation for our Qualified Electronic Signature and / or Know Your Business solutions in line with the market demands, stakeholder interests, regulatory requirements and customer specifics. After some onboarding time you will fully take over the steering wheel for one of those product areas and shape the future of this service line together with the head of product and the CEO.
Tasks
- Define, shape, and align the requirements for the product with all stakeholders in-and outside the company and compose them into user stories
- Own the resulting product backlog and be responsible for prioritizing and driving it based on the product strategy
- Contribute to and provide input for the product strategy and take an active role in bringing the company forward
- Evaluate and make product-related decisions based on business cases and/or justify a strategic interest
- Guide the development team towards maximizing the product value for our customers
- Together with the Scrum Master, provide and align the methodological frame around rituals necessary to drive the product
- Chair planning and prioritization meetings, refinement meetings, attend review meetings and be the team sparring partner in how the requirements have been fulfilled and how the product can be further improved to bring benefits to our clients
**Requirements**:
- University degree in economics, computer science or similar is preferred
- Open-minded personality, strong team player, hands-on person
- Fluent in English is a must, German is a nice to have
- Eager to learn new things
- Ownership mindset
- Business acumen
- Strategic way of thinking, but still be able to work out details together with the team
- Prior experience with product management and agile product
- and development processes
- Working knowledge of common tools like Atlassian Suite, Postman, MS Office etc is a benefit
