**Description**
- As part of our international development team, you will be involved in the design, operation and further development of our solutions and platforms. You will work together with experts in an agile team. Your particular focus is on ensuring the quality and stability of our products as a whole. We expect that you have a high standard for the quality of your work and drive the initiatives with the goal of improving the quality of our products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the entire quality assurance process for both frontend and backend
- Propose and implements initiatives with the goal of improving the quality of our products with a long-term perspective
- Implement test automation strategies and functions ensuring the highest quality delivery of solutions including:

- test strategy framework
- technical test leadership
- standardized test architecture and associated methodologies and process architecture
- test automation strategy
- test environment strategy
- Manage the release process and strive to get all committed features ready to go live
- Perform exploratory testing to validate the new features that will be included in the upcoming release
- Management of internal and external tester teams
- Documentation of the release content
- Hand-on regression testing across multiple platforms and OS versions
- Handle our test farm and optimize it in order to cover a high variety of test environments
- Collect bug reports, reproduce and describe them in actionable Jira tickets

**Key Skills**
- Experience as QA Engineer/Manager or comparable role
- Good knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Experience with test automation frameworks and strategies
- Structured reasoning mindset and attention to details
- Outstanding communication skills
- Hands-on attitude and willingness to go to the root of the problem

**Desirable Skills**
- Certification of quality control is a strong advantage
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
- Experience in Financial service field
- Experience with the Atlassian toolset (JIRA, Bitbucket, Confluence)
- Experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure
- Experience in Docker Container

**Qualifications**
- Graduate in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, IT or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

**Experience**
- Experience in software quality assurance, manual testing, test automation or a development role
- Good understanding of business operations, expertise in relevant tools and technical skills
- Management or lead experience preferred
