Seit unserer Gründung als Tochtergesellschaft der Merkur Versicherung AG im Jahr 1992 stehen wir für qualitativ hochwertige medizinische und therapeutische Gesundheitsförderung, Gesundheitserhaltung und Gesundheitsvorsorge, die individuell auf unsere Gäste zugeschnitten sind. Dazu zählen Programme wie Med-Checks, medizinische Trainingsprogramme und Wohlfühlbehandlungen wie Massagen, Bäder und Peelings. An unseren Merkur Health Standorten in Achenkirch, Bad Ischl, Bad Tatzmannsdorf, Stegersbach, Bad Loipersdorf und Südsteiermark verwöhnen wir unsere Gäste zusätzlich mit dem Komfort unserer Hotelpartner im 4* und 5* Segment. IHRE AUFGABEN
- Bearbeiten von telefonischen & E-Mail-Anfragen unserer Kunden
- Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden und Produktabteilung sowie Leistungsträgern
- Serviceorientierte Beratung, Aufbereitung und Verkauf/Abschluss von Gesundheitsvorsorgeprogrammen
- Beantwortung diverser Anfragen zu Produkten, Programmen, Standorten
- Administrative Tätigkeiten im Rahmen der Betreuung der Kunden und Kollegen

IHR PROFIL
- Erfahrung im Reisebüro/Buchungszentrale
- Freundliches und kundenorientiertes Auftreten und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
- gute Rhetorik und Deutschkenntnisse
- Verkaufstalent
- Interesse an Gesundheitsthemen
- Verlässlichkeit und Engagement
- ausgezeichnete MS Office Kenntnisse, Computeraffinität
