- Contribute to policy development in the area of financial controlling and be involved in the customizing of policies, procedures, and practices.
- Define, coordinate and execute the annual planning process to ensure financial target setting throughout the organization.
- Review financial targets and proposes correction measures to address deviations.
- Implement and administer established financial controlling policies, procedures, and practices.
- Coordinate and perform relevant periodic reporting in a complete, timely and comprehensive way.
- Manage further conceptual development of the reporting tools and reporting contents in close alignment with management.
- Provide financial analysis, interpretation of variances from budgets and standards as well as oversee the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Act as project manager for finance and controlling projects.
- Provide advice and assistance to management and other stakeholders on complex financial instruments and risks.
- Participate in the management team decision making process and have an influence on investment decisions.

**Your profile**
- University Degree Master/Diploma in Finance or Controlling or similar field.
- Minimum of 7 years relevant experience within Finance, especially Controlling as well as comprehensive understanding of all core elements within Finance discipline.
- In depth understanding of Financial Statements (P&L, Balance Sheet as well as Cash flow) and their interrelationship.
- Broad knowledge of the business context and interdependencies as well as ability to manage interfaces with other disciplines independently.
- Understanding of the energy business within Finance of advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, SAP and TM1 as well as fluency in English.
