Bezirk sucht eine/n Food & Beverage Controller/in mit Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung für ihre Betriebe „Regina Margherita“ & „Trattoria Martinelli“ und dem bekannten Catering Service Sind Sie motiviert und haben bereits Erfahrung in ähnlichen positionen gesammelt? **Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung: Aktive Einbindung in die strategische Entscheidungsfindung und operative Umsetzung unternehmerischer Ziele des Familienebtriebs.
- Bindegliedfunktion: Sie fungieren als Verbindung zwischen dem Office, den Restaurants und unserem Catering Service.
- Proaktive Unterstützung: Unterstützung der Firmenleitung bei der Planung, Organisation und Koordination des gesamten Ablaufes.
- Bestellungen und Inventur: Durchführung von Bestellungen, Inventuren inklusive Preisvergleichen und Kontrollen sowie monatliches Reporting.
- Personalunterstützung: Unterstützung beim Personalrecruiting, Onboarding mit Mitarbeiterwohnungen und Kontrolle des Zeiterfassungssystems.

**Unser Anforderungsprofil**:

- Ausbildung und Denkweise: Facheinschlägige Ausbildung als Hotelfach
- oder Restaurantfachkraft oder im Controlling wie auch Management Bereich mit Berufserfahrung. Gerne auch bewerben falls langjährige Erfahrung besteht jedoch keine klassische Ausbildung gemacht wurde.
- Office-Kenntnisse: Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel & Word.
- Persönliche Fähigkeiten: Organisation, Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein.
- Auftreten und Sprachkenntnisse: Ein offenes und professionelles Auftreten sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse. Englisch
- und Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil aber kein muss.
