For our EU Event Team based in Klaus (Vorarlberg, Austria) we are currently looking for an

**Event Coordinator (f/m/x)**:
As an Event Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping memorable experiences for our stakeholders. Your responsibilities span both physical and virtual events, ensuring seamless execution and meaningful engagement. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
**Event Planning and Concept Development**:

- Developing event concepts that resonate with our audience.
- Developing and executing promotion campaigns for events
- Designing eye-catching exhibition stands.
- Organizing social programs to enhance attendee experience.
- Coordinating participants and ensuring smooth event logistics.

**On-Site Event Management**:

- Taking the lead as the on-site organizer for physical events and meetings.
- Setting up and dismantling exhibition stands.
- Coordinating with partners, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Providing excellent customer care during events.
- Coordinating Customers visiting our Klaus-based facilities

**Virtual Event Execution**:

- Leveraging our suite of online tools to host engaging virtual events.
- Promoting events through social media and industry channels.
- Managing the registration process and moderating virtual sessions.

**Post-Event Activities**:

- Handling follow-up tasks, including mailings and feedback evaluation.
- Calculating and recording event costs.
- Creating and communicating event reviews.

**Data Management**:

- Ensuring all relevant event data, including campaign responses (lead management), is accurately entered into our CRM system.

**Travel**:

- Traveling to events in Europe and internal meetings

**Collaboration**:

- Working closely with the international Marketing team, sales managers, sales partners, product management, technical support, and external partners.

- Have you completed a commercial education? That’s a great foundation
- If you have a background in Marketing or hands-on experience with marketing tasks, you’re on the right track.
- Are you an effective communicator, a versatile team collaborator with top-notch organizational skills, and capable of independent initiative? We value those qualities highly.

- Tech-savvy with a solid grasp of MS-Office? Experience with design software would be a bonus.
