I’m hiring for a Lead Penetration Testeron behalf of a Cyber Security company that has the sole aim of making the digital world a lot safer. The company develops and implements its own SaaS platform for companies of varying sizes across the DACH region.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Leading penetration tests, red team and purple team activities
- Help develop new services
- Lead the offensive security side of the business

This role is remote from anywhere in Germany or Austria and requires travel to customers around 1 to 2 days a month as well as a quarterly visit to one of their offices.

**Essential**:

- Deep technical knowledge
- Strong leadership skills
- OSCP and other relevant certs e.g. OSWP, OSEP, OSCE, CRTO
- Fluency in German and English

**Desirable**:

- Sü2 clearance
