Gestalten Sie als Studienkoordinator*in aktiv mit

**Ihr Aufgabengebiet**:

- Gesamtüberblick bzw. -verantwortung für das Studienmanagement eines wesentlichen Fachbereiches (mit zukünftiger Ausweitung auf andere Exzellenzfelder der Gruppe)
- Zentrale*r Ansprechpartner*in betreffend Implementierung und Durchführung klinischer Studien an den Wiener Standorten
- Fachliche und operative Unterstützung der Studienassistent*innen in den Kliniken
- Monitoring laufender Studien
- Zusammenarbeit und Vertragsverhandlung mit externen Partnern und Ansprechpartner*in für Audits und Inspektionen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller gesetzlicher Vorgaben, GCP-Guidelines und relevanter SOPs
- Etablierung eines Berichtswesens zur Darstellung des Projektfortschritts je Standort
- Mittelfristige Perspektive: Ausbau dieses zentralen Studienbüros mit Mitarbeiter*innen-Verantwortung

**Ihre Qualifikationen**:

- Naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder Ausbildung im medizinischen Bereich (wie MTD, Gesundheits
- und Krankenpflege, Study Nurse, etc.)
- Nachweisliche, langjährige Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Studien in der Funktion als CRA bzw. Studienassistent*in
- Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent, Teamfähigkeit mit eigenständigem Arbeitsstil, Eigeninitiative und lösungsorientiertes, interdisziplinäres Verständnis
