**Internship (f/m/x) - ECM**:

- Embark on a dynamic internship opportunity with our Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team, where you will be immersed in the exciting world of financial markets. Gain hands-on experience in structuring and executing equity transactions (Initial Public Offerings, Capital Increases, etc.), while working alongside industry experts who will mentor you in navigating the complexities of the capital market. **Your role with us on the team**:

- Support with market and industry analysis
- Preparation of company profiles/teasers and other marketing documents regarding IPOs and Capital Increases
- Assistance in the preparation of pitch documents, reports, information memoranda, and data rooms
- Support with company valuations and benchmarking
- Coordination of/cooperation with other Raiffeisen Group companies across the CEE region

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Has advanced studies in Business Administration or related courses, focusing on finance, accounting, investment management and/or mathematics/statistics/physics
- Possesses strong analytical, interpretive, and problem solving skills combined with the willingness and ability to learn quickly
- Demonstrates an ambitious, hard-working, and self-driven attitude
- Is fluent in English (verbal and written); German and/or an Eastern European language would be of advantage
- Ideally, has relevant job experience (internships or similar)
- Exhibits excellent knowledge of MS Office tools
- Is a flexible team player with interpersonal skills
- Holds EU nationality/valid work permit for Austria
- Is required to have office presence
