**An diesen Herausforderungen kannst du wachsen**:

- Du treibst aktiv die Weiterentwicklung unserer Zolldienstleistungen sowie unseres Customs-Standalone-Geschäfts voran
- Die eigenständige Identifikation von Marktbedürfnissen für Zolldienstleistungen gehört ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben
- Außerdem erstellst und pflegst du die Informations
- und Verkaufsunterlagen sowie weitere verkaufsfördernde Kommunikationsmedien für Zolldienstleistungen
- Die regelmäßige Überprüfung und bedarfsweise Überarbeitung der internen Preiskalkulationen für die angebotenen Zolldienstleistungen gehört zu deinem Tätigkeitsfeld
- Du bearbeitest nationale, europäische und globale Kundenausschreibungen mit Zollbezug
- Außerdem wirkst du bei der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Kundenbesuchen (Neukundenakquise sowie Bestandskundenbetreuung/After Sales/Quarterly Business Reviews etc.) mit
- Du implementierst das Neugeschäft (Projektmanagement, Vertragsausgestaltung in Abstimmung mit der Rechtsabteilung, Vollmachtseinholung, Erstellung & Abstimmung der Standard Operating Procedures, Anlage in internen Systemen)
- Zudem unterstützt du die Re-Implementierung von Bestandsgeschäft (z.B. aufgrund Vertragsverlängerung, Serviceerweiterung, Prozessverbesserung o.Ä.)
- Die Bearbeitung von Ad-hoc-Anfragen zu kurzfristigen Zollabfertigungen runden dein vielfältiges Tätigkeitsprofil ab

**Mit diesen Qualifikationen bist du bei uns richtig**:

- Abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches Studium (Universität/ FH/Duale Hochschule) oder kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Speditionskaufmann/-frau
- Zollrechtliche und zolloperative Fachkenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
- Sehr hohe Eigenständigkeit und -verantwortung sowie ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
- Gute Englischkenntnisse (Wort und Schrift)
