Als „Project Support and Teamassistant“ werden Sie in einem internationalem Arbeitsumfeld in spannenden Projekten mitwirken und dabei vielfältige Einblicke in das Projektportfolio des Bereichs „Information and Communication Technology (ICT)“ erlangen. Zusätzlich unterstützen Sie das ICT Management-Team im Rahmen der klassischen Assistenz-Funktion. Mit Ihrer offenen und kontaktfreudigen Art sind Sie in dieser abwechslungsreichen Position die Kommunikationsdrehscheibe unserer Teams.

**AUFGABENBEREICHE**:

- Operative Unterstützung der Projektteams in internationalen Projekten
(Verfolgung von To-Do‘s, Aktualisierung von Projektplänen, uvm.)
- Organisatorische und administrative Unterstützung des Corporate ICT & Process Management Teams
(u.a. diverse Abstimmungs
- und Koordinationstätigkeiten, Verfolgung von To-Do’s, Nachbereitung von Reisen,)
- Organisation von Meetings, Events und Reisen
- Vor‐ und Nachbereitung von Meetings und Workshops
(Erstellung von Arbeitsunterlagen, Protokollen, Präsentationen, etc.)

**QUALIFIKATIONEN**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Tools und Freude an der Erstellung von Präsentationen
- Organisationstalent mit einer strukturierten, selbstständigen und proaktiven Arbeitsweise
- Zuverlässigkeit und vorausschauende Denkweise
- Positive Ausstrahlung und Kontaktfreudigkeit
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Für die ausgeschriebene Position gilt ein KV-Mindestgrundgehalt von EUR 35.926,38 brutto pro Jahr. Geboten wird eine marktkonforme Überzahlung abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
Diese Position ist in Vollzeit, sowie Teilzeit möglich.
