Repairman / maintenance man
Main duties:
- building maintenance
- minor repairs, repairs within the building,
- auxiliary work
- changing shower hoses,batteries, light bulbs, lights, painting, shoveling snow, sweeping,..
- help with finding companies for necessary repairs
- maintenance reports and documentation
- necessary shopping within the working hours
**Requirements**:
- Previous maintenance or technical work
- Good speaking skills in German (B2) and basic English (B1)
- Organizational skills
- Multitasking, attentiveness, and ability to concentrate
- A polite, hard-working, responsible, positive, friendly and proactive person
- Experiences in hospitality advantage
- The Repairman/Maintenance man is requested to follow the internal rules and the standards set up by the company and the hotel management.
Daily 8-hour shifts - 7:00-15:00

Monthly Salary gross : 2100 €
