**Summary**:
The Analytical Science and Technology (AS&T) Expert is responsible for the rollout and management of the local Digital QC (DQC) systems (focus on computerized system deployment).

**About the Role**:
**Major Accountabilities**:

- Coordinating and supporting the local rollout of global automation systems for QC (including NTO GCDS/ Empower, LabX and other NETLab systems)
- Managing and Maintaining interfaces between different systems (e.g. LIMS/ Empower, LIMS/LabX)
- Rollout of supporting hardware for the DQC program (e.g. client PCs, LAC/e Boxes)
- Initial setup and development of local master data (e.g. Methods and Workflows) according to the applicable source documents (Analytical Methods, SOPs, Testing Monographs)
- End user training and knowledge transfer to the busines
- Operational first level support and trouble shootin
- Incident investigation and CAPA support
- Assisting the global project team during the development and validation of new functionalities; SME in HA Inspections and Audits

**Essential Requirements**:

- University degree or FH with natural science/technical background (e.g. chemistry, pharmacy, biology) or apprenticeship with a least 6 year of laboratory experience
- Several years of experience in pharmaceutical industry and/or analytical laboratory in GMP environment desirable
- Fundamental knowledge in database structure and master data maintenance desirable
- Basic programming skills (e.g. SQL/ Basic/ Python) preferred
- Fluent in German and English
- Good communication skills and team player
- Independent working style and curiosity to learn more about new IT systems
