In Österreich gibt es drei Organisationen, die sich auf zwei Standorte verteilen: Der Standort Wien beherbergt die Zentrale der Eaton Power Distribution Division, die als Kompetenzzentrum für Energieverteilung und Steuerungssysteme gilt und einen Schwerpunkt auf Forschung und Innovation legt. Auf der anderen Seite befindet sich die österreichische Vertriebsorganisation von Eaton ebenfalls am Standort Wien. Einer unserer zahlreichen Eaton-Produktionsstandorte liegt in Schrems, Niederösterreich.
Für unser Werk in Schrems suchen wir eine(n) Koordinator/In für den Bereich Facility (m/w/d).
**What you’ll do**:
- Coordinate the planning and execution of adaption, maintenance and repair works in terms of building/infrastructure and HVAC with internal and external parties, considering economics and feasability.
- Contact person in regards of facility emergencies (i.e. storm incident, water leakage, etc.)
- Gather quotes by following sourcing process and preparation of cost estimations.
- Procurement of external resources and service providers and their processing
- Observe and evaluate the execution in compliance of quality and internal and regulatory requirements.
- Invoice control and cost tracking of individual projects/activities
- Support in the planning and implementation of plant projects in terms of facility and production equipment.
- Gather inputs to initiate specific facility or sustainability related projects.
- Support to get permission under building and trade law.
- Support Business Continuity and Emergency Response Plan review process.
- Administrative support of facility manager
- Further development and processing of maintenance plans
- Further development and maintenance of the building and infrastructure of the plant
- Suggestions for continuous improvement system
- Implement and enforce applicable safety and environmental regulations.
- Controlling workload and creating schedules.
- Support preparation of the investment plan for the facility area
**Qualifications**:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 3- 5 years related experience in Electrical Maintenance
**Skills**:
- Solid technical education (electrical engineering or building services engineering) with practical experience
- Experience in the field of facility, electrical engineering, infrastructure and technical building equipment at least 3 years
- Knowledge of processes and interrelationships in building services engineering (HVAC additional qualifications)
