**YOUR TASKS**:

- Developing strategic marketing initiatives and activities; coordinating and executing marketing campaigns
- Implementing marketing plans including print, broadcast and online content
- Responsible for country marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, media communications, market research and customer engagement
- Plan meetings, events, conferences and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contracts, developing schedules and assignments and coordinating mailing lists
- Continually seek new sources of prospective customer data, providing recommendations to sales and marketing leadership regionally
- Support in Preparation of Marketing Budget

**YOUR SKILLS & TALENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
- Marketing and PR experience preferred, particularly in pharma, F&B
- Excellent command of English written and spoken, knowledge of an additional regional language is preferred
- Must have a confident personality as well as an exceptional work
- Strong background in Digital marketing, Brand management, PR and media relations,
- Combined excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to analyse situations and to make good decisions based on available information
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures and can work under pressure
- Organisational talent, the ability to keep cool under time pressure, an affinity for numbers, as well as mental and time flexibility instead of "9 to 5 thinking"
- Emotional intelligence, accuracy, personal integrity. professional appearance and discretion are mandatory
