**Athlete Service (m/w/d)**

**_Zeitraum: _**_nach Absprache 6.5 Monate zwischen März - September 2024. _
**_Gehalt: _**_Mindestgehalt Angestelltenverhältnis nach österreichischem GesetzAls Praktikant/in bei der IRONMAN Austria GmbH erwarten dich ein anspruchsvolles, sportaffines
Tätigkeitsfeld, ein dynamisches junges Team sowie ein Einblick in ein internationales Unternehmen. Die
Organisation von hochklassigen Sportveranstaltungen steht im Vordergrund.

**DEINE AUFGABEN
**1. Organisation und Vorbereitung der Events im Bereich Athleten Service**:

- und Telefonanfragen der Athleten über diverse IRONMAN und IRONMAN
- 70.3 Veranstaltungen in Österreich und der Schweiz auf Deutsch und Englisch.- Hauptverantwortung für die Registrierung und Athletenanfragen von IRONKIDS, Night Run und
- Company Triathlon als eigenes Projekt.- und Telefonanfragen, Lost and Found

Management, etc.).
- Unterstützung bei den Ab
- und Ummeldungen von Athleten.
- Verwaltung und Pflege des Online-Anmeldetools (Active) und der Athletendatenbank (CRM).
- Koordinierung und Betreuung von Teamleitern und Freiwilligen vor Ort.

**2. Mitarbeit vor Ort**:

- Koordination und Organisation der Registrierung bei voraussichtlich folgenden IRONMAN-Events

(Änderungen vorbehalten):

- IRONMAN 70.3 Switzerland, Rapperswil-Jona 2024.
- IRONMAN Kärnten-Klagenfurt, Austria 2024.
- IRONMAN 70.3 Zell am See-Kaprun 2024.
- Ansprechperson für Athletenanfragen vor Ort.
- Koordination und Organisation der WM-Slot-Vergabe.

**DEIN PROFIL**
Für dein Praktikum/deine Mitarbeit im Bereich Athleten Service bist du aufgrund sehr guter
Kommunikationsfähigkeit bestens geeignet. Eigenständiges Arbeiten, Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit und hohe
Belastbarkeit sind für dich selbstverständlich. Mitarbeit bei unseren Events vor Ort garantiert ein
abwechslungsreiches und spannendes Arbeitsklima. Die gelegentliche Arbeit am Wochenende sollte für dich kein
Problem darstellen.

**DEINE KOMPETENZEN**:

- Sprachkenntnisse:

- Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift.
- Eine oder mehrere weitere Fremdsprachen wünschenswert (Französisch, Spanisch,
- Italienisch, etc.).- Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse (vor allem Excel und Word).
- Selbstständiges und dienstleistungsorientiertes Arbeiten.
- Führerschein Klasse B.
- Improvisationsfähigkeit und Reisebereitschaft.
- Positive Ausstrahlung und innere Ruhe.
